We want you to love your kicks. Here's how returns work.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return: items sold on clearance/final sale, items worn or washed, items without original packaging, and customised or special-order products.
Step 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+234 902 088 0079) or email (softkickssng@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3. Package the item securely and ship it to our Lagos address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Step 4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges (different size or colour), we cover the re-delivery cost on the first exchange per order.
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free return pick-up and full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
