Delivery timelines start from the day your payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched same day. Weekend orders are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email and SMS. You can use this code on our Track Order page to see real-time status updates.
All Softkicks orders are carefully packaged to ensure your shoes arrive in perfect condition. Premium items are double-boxed for extra protection. We use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we'll attempt redelivery once. After two failed attempts, the package will be held at our depot for 48 hours before being returned. A re-delivery fee may apply.
